Human Resource Manager Needed at WAB

Reporting to the Chief Operating and Financial Officer, this position provides strategic management to the overall operations and development of the human capital within the institution. This includes compensation and benefits, employment, recruitment, policy and procedures, professional development, performance management, staff's welfare, staff's communications and general administration. 

The successful candidate should possess at least a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, major in Human Resource Management, and has at least 5 years of relevant management experience. Excellent English language skills and ability to communicate proficiently in Chinese are important aspects to the job. The person should have a high degree of integrity and culturally adaptive people intelligence and relational skills, and should be both a positive team player and motivational team leader and effective communicator.
